Review Articles – Submission Requirements
Review articles submitted to CSJ should go beyond a simple compilation of current literature and must provide a critical, analytical, and comprehensive evaluation of the topic.
Authors are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Review manuscripts should not merely summarize existing studies; instead, they must present a critical discussion, synthesis, and evaluation of the current state of knowledge in the field.
- Submissions should demonstrate original insight, identify research gaps, and propose future research directions where appropriate.
- The number of references should typically range between 40 and 70, with an emphasis on recent and high-impact studies.
- Reviews should prioritize scientific interpretation and discussion rather than presenting textbook-style or purely descriptive information.

- Submissions must maintain a high level of academic quality, clarity, and coherence, and should be written in professional scientific English.
The acceptance of review articles is subject to editorial evaluation and peer review, and publication will depend on the positive recommendations of both the assigned editor and reviewers, as well as the availability of space in an appropriate issue.
In addition, authors must comply with the following rules:
All authors must provide their ORCID numbers. Submissions lacking an ORCID for each author will not be processed.
The manuscript must include all figures and tables embedded in the main document, each accompanied by a complete and properly formatted caption.
