Solution of Vector Equation of Transfer in a Finite Plane Parallel Media

Abstract

HN method is used for the solution of vector equation of transfer, which includes two Stokes parameters, with a combination of Rayleigh and isotropic scattering in a finite plane-parallel atmosphere. The behavior of albedo and transmission factor are obtained according to the slab thickness and reflection coefficient.
