Abstract



This
study contains observation of parameters that affect the synthesis of graphene
oxide by using of chemically Hummers Method. In this respect, it is aimed to
determination of parameters that affects the synthesis of the graphene oxide
such as duration, quality and chemical substance amount. The Hummers parameters
such as acid type and rate, amount of KMnO4 and H2O2,
temperature and mixing time were changed and approximately 44 graphene oxide
products were synthesized.
The characterization analyses of this obtained products were made.

Abstract



Bu çalışmada, kimyasal
bir yöntem olan Hummers metodu ile Grafen oksitin sentezlenmesine etki eden
parametreler araştırılmıştır. Bu kapsamda Hummers metodu kullanılarak Grafen
oksitin kısa sürede, daha kaliteli ve daha az kimyasal madde kullanılarak
sentezlenmesine etki eden parametrelerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla
asit tipi, asit miktarı, KMnO4 miktarı, H2O2
miktarı, sıcaklık ve karıştırma süresi gibi Hummers metodu parametreleri
değiştirilerek yaklaşık 44 adet grafen oksit sentezlenmiş ve bu ürünlerin bir
kısmının karakterizasyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Karakterizasyon analizi
sonunda, grafen oksitin en iyi hangi koşullarda sentezleneceğine karar
verilmiştir.
