In this study, some algebraic properties of intuitionistic fuzzy parameter soft (IFPS) which combining the strengths of intuitionistic fuzzy sets and parameterized soft set theory, are given with examples. A topological structure is constructed on IFPS sets, providing a foundation for exploring fundamental topological notions such as open and closed sets, interior, closure and neighbourhood systems within this new context. Additionally, the concept of IFPS function is defined and its algebraic properties are investigated. Finally, mappings between IFPS topological spaces are examined and the notion of IFPS continuity is introduced and its properties are analysed.
