The studies submitted to our Journal for publication must be original works that have not been published in any way or sent for publication anywhere. When submitting their work, individuals are obliged to declare that the work has not been published, partially or completely, on any other platform before, and has not been evaluated for publication. In case of a contrary situation, the author will be held responsible for the situation in accordance with the relevant sanctions.
By giving the publishing rights to Journal of ANKEM, authors agree to have their work published in Journal of ANKEM, if it is accepted. The author's rights to use the published material remain in accordance with the "Creative Commons Attribution License (Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International CC BY-NC-ND). The author/s retain the copyright but transfer the commercial rights to ANKEM Journal.

Authors must obtain permission from the copyright holder when using previously published content, including ancillary images, tables, or any other content in print or electronic format. Legal, financial and penal responsibility in this matter belongs to the authors.
Authors who will send a study to our journal must fill in the Journal of ANKEM Author Approval-publishing Right Transfer and Conflict of Interest Declaration Form document. The author(s) must sign the completed form with a wet signature. The signed form should be scanned and uploaded to DergiPark during the first application and kept by the authors to be sent via mail when requested.
