Dilsat Ariksoysal received her M.Sc in 2003 and Ph.D in 2006 from Fac-ulty of Pharmacy, Department of Analytical Chemistry, Ege University in Izmir,Turkey. She is currently associate professor at the same department since 2012. Her research subjects are electrochemical and optical nano(bio)sensors and their biomedical applications: DNA biosensors for the detection of hybridization and DNAdamage; enzymatic biosensors; immunosensors; new biosensing principles whichcontained nanomaterials and modified electrodes, design of kit type and/or miniaturized analytical biosensors compatible with Lab-on-a-Chip Technologies. She haspublished more than 45 research papers with directing and participating research and thesis projects.
