Alzheimer Hastalığının Tedavisinde Kullanılan Memantin ve Donepezil Etken Maddelerinin Spektrofotometrik Verilerin Değerlendirilmesi ile Kemometrik Tayini

Abstract

Alzheimer tedavisinde kullanılan memantin ve donepezil içeren ilaç numunesini analiz etmek için yapılmış bu çalışmada, UV Görünür Bölge Spektroskopisi, kemometri tayini yöntemi ile birlikte kullanılmıştır. Memantin ve donepezil etken maddelerinin ultraviyole spektrumları ölçülerek kaydedilmiş, çalışılabilecek saflık değerinde olduğu görülmüş ve analiz çalışması yapılmıştır. Uyguladığımız yöntemde, memantin ve donepezil için yüzde (%) geri kazanımı ortalaması sentetik karışım için ve ilaç numunesi için hesaplanmıştır. Hesaplanan değerler, oldukça yüksektir. Kullanılan PLS ve PCR kalibrasyon tekniklerinden ulaşılan sonuçlara ANOVA testi yapılarak yöntemlerin kontrolü sağlanmıştır. Geliştirilmiş yöntemler, tekrar edilebilir, duyarlılığı hassas ve doğru sonuç veren yöntemlerden biri olup memantin ve donepezil içeren ilaç numunelerinin analizinde önerilebilir.

Chemometric Determination of Memantine and Donepezil Active Ingredients Used in the Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease by Evaluation of Spectrophotometric Data

Abstract

In this study, which was conducted to analyze the drug sample used in Alzheimer's treatment containing memantine and donepezil, UV Visible Spectroscopy was used together with the chemometry determination method. The ultraviolet spectra of the active ingredients of memantine and donepezil were measured and recorded, they were found to be of workable purity and analysis was carried out. In the method we applied, the mean percent (%) recovery for memantine and donepezil was calculated for the synthetic mixture and for the drug sample. The calculated values are quite high. The results obtained from the PLS and PCR calibration techniques used were controlled by the ANOVA test. The developed methods are one of the reproducible, sensitive and accurate methods and can be recommended for the analysis of drug samples containing memantine and donepezil.
