DENİM PANTOLONU ÜRETİMİNDE DEĞER AKIŞ HARİTALANDIRMA YÖNTEMİNİN UYGULAMASI

Abstract

Türkiye ekonomisi açısından büyük önem taşıyan denim
endüstrisinin daha başarılı olabilmesi; müşteri istek ve ihtiyaçlarına hızlı
cevap verebilmesi ile sağlanabilecektir. Hızlı cevap verebilmek ise yeni üretim
yaklaşımları geliştirmeleri ile mümkündür. Bu noktada da ise karşımıza yalın
üretim çıkmaktadır.  Her ne kadar sistem yeni
olmasa da emeğin yoğun olduğu tekstil sektöründe uygulanmasına çok geç başlanmıştır.



Bu
çalışma ile X denim firmasının paketleme bölümünde, yalın üretim sistemlerinin
kullanımına ilişkin olarak şirket çalışanlarının gözlem ve yorumlarıyla,
uygulama sürecinde yaşanan sıkıntıların tanımlanması, analiz edilmesi,
uygulanabilir proseslerin seçimi ve uygulaması ile sıkıntıların ne şekilde
çözümlenebileceğinin ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın önemi,
işletmenin yalın üretim sistemine geçişinde ne gibi zorluklarla
karşılaşıldığının ortaya konulması, geçiş sürecindeki aşamalarının incelenmesi
ve yalın üretimin beraberinde getirdiği üstünlüklerin değerlendirilmesidir.
Bunun için öncelikli olarak mevcut üretim hatlarının durumu analiz edilmiş daha
sonra yalın üretim teknikleri ile gelecek durum haritası hazırlanmıştır. Araştırma
sonucuna göre kaynaklar optimum derecede kullanılıp verimlilik arttırılarak
iyileştirme sağlanmıştır.
